Prime Video Debuts The Terminal List Season Two First Look Images, Starring Chris Pratt

The action-packed series based on the best-selling novels by Jack Carr and executive produced by Chris Pratt and Antoine Fuqua alongside showrunner David DiGilio will premiere all eight episodes on Wednesday, October 21, 2026

Chris Pratt is back in action as Navy SEAL James Reece in the first-look images from season two of The Terminal List.

Prime Video unveiled the images Tuesday and announced that all eight episodes of the action thriller’s second season will premiere globally on Oct. 21. The series will be available in more than 240 countries and territories.

The show returns more than four years after its first season debuted in July 2022. Prime Video says The Terminal Listfranchise has accumulated more than 100 million viewers worldwide to date.

Based on the bestselling novels by former Navy SEAL Jack Carr, the series follows Commander James Reece as he confronts shadowy forces operating within the military and international intelligence communities.

The second season adapts True Believer, the second installment in Carr’s book series. Having completed the list that drove his campaign of revenge during season one, Reece embarks on what Amazon describes as a journey of violent redemption while searching for a new purpose.

The story expands the first season’s psychological revenge narrative into a globe-spanning espionage thriller. Reece’s mission takes him across the Indian Ocean, Southern and Northern Africa, the Middle East and Europe as he uncovers a conspiracy extending from Moscow to CIA headquarters in Langley, Virginia.

The investigation will also reveal connections between the international plot and Reece’s family history.

Tom Hopper returns as Raife Hastings, alongside Constance Wu as journalist Katie Buranek, Dar Salim as Mohammed Farooq and Luke Hemsworth as Jules Landry. Gabriel Luna joins the cast as Freddy Strain.

The expanded international ensemble also features Costa Ronin, Olga Kurylenko, Yul Vazquez, Martin Sensmeier, Arnold Vosloo and Shiraz Tzarfati.

Military veterans continue to hold prominent creative and production roles on the series. Former Navy SEAL Jared Shaw and former Army Ranger Max Adams oversee its action and military-authenticity work, with veterans also contributing as writers, actors, technical advisers and directors.

Ray Mendoza, the former Navy SEAL who co-directed the 2025 combat film Warfare with Alex Garland, is among the directors working on the new season.

Pratt executive produces through his Indivisible Productions banner. The executive producing team also includes showrunner David DiGilio, Carr, Antoine Fuqua and Kat Samick of Fuqua Films, Adams and Shaw.
