Rebecca Vallance Celebrates 15 Years With Star-Studded Sydney Harbour Luncheon

Australian fashion designer Rebecca Vallance marked the milestone with an intimate gathering at Lindesay House, as the luxury label celebrates international recognition and the launch of its latest collections.

Australian fashion designer Rebecca Vallance celebrated 15 years of her eponymous luxury label with an intimate harbourside luncheon in Sydney on Tuesday, October 13, bringing together leading figures from fashion, media and entertainment.

Held in the gardens of historic Lindesay House in Darling Point, the anniversary celebration welcomed 60 guests, including Charlee Fraser, Lily May Mac, Kate Waterhouse, Sylvia Jeffreys, Maria Thattil, Rachel Tee Tyler, Francesca Hung and Lana Wilkinson.

The event marked a significant milestone for the Australian fashion house, which has expanded internationally since its founding in 2011, establishing relationships with some of the world’s leading luxury retailers while maintaining its Australian identity.

The occasion also followed Vallance’s recent inclusion in The Business of Fashion’s BoF 500 Class of 2026, recognising influential figures shaping the global fashion industry.

“Fifteen years is an incredibly special milestone. When I started Rebecca Vallance, I always had an international vision for the brand, and to see how far we’ve come is something I’m enormously proud of,” Vallance, the label’s founder and creative director, said in a statement.

“Building a business takes a great deal of determination, and we’ve been fortunate to have extraordinary people believe in us along the way — from our team and retail partners to the media, stylists, talent and women who continue to wear our designs.”

The luncheon reflected the brand’s signature aesthetic, with a sculptural serpentine dining table positioned among the gardens of Lindesay House. Lush floral arrangements, carefully considered styling and live harp music complemented the historic setting overlooking Sydney Harbour.

Guests attended wearing designs from the Rebecca Vallance label, showcasing pieces from its latest collections.

Lily May Mac wore the Sheffield Mini, while Charlee Fraser selected the Brighton Maxi. Kate Waterhouse appeared in the Regent Maxi, with Maria Thattil wearing the Windsor Maxi Dress.

Francesca Hung chose the St Ives Mini, Lana Wilkinson wore the Regent Long Sleeve Mini, and Rachel Tee Tyler selected the Somerset Shift Mini.

The anniversary also provided an opportunity to celebrate the launch of The House of Reverie, Rebecca Vallance’s Holiday and Resort 2026 collections.

Exploring the relationship between structure and softness, the collections bring together refined daytime silhouettes and statement eveningwear, reflecting the label’s established approach to architectural tailoring, modern femininity and occasion dressing.

The latest designs arrive as the fashion house continues to build on its international presence, having first debuted in Paris before launching in Australia.

Since its establishment in 2011, Rebecca Vallance has developed longstanding relationships with international luxury retailers including NET-A-PORTER, Mytheresa, Harrods, Selfridges, Harvey Nichols and Bergdorf Goodman.

Alongside its international retail partnerships, the label has expanded its direct-to-consumer business and now operates 11 boutiques across Australia.

Its collections span ready-to-wear, bridal, denim, jewellery and accessories, with an emphasis on craftsmanship, distinctive silhouettes and sophisticated occasionwear.

The brand’s growth reflects Vallance’s original ambition to establish an Australian fashion house with international reach, an approach that has helped position the label within the global luxury market.

For Vallance, the anniversary represents both an opportunity to reflect on the business’s journey and a moment to look towards its future.

“The past few weeks have been particularly exciting, from the BoF 500 in Paris to the launch of our new collections,” she said.

“There is so much more we want to achieve, and I feel we’re only just getting started.”

With its milestone anniversary, new collections and recognition on the international stage, Rebecca Vallance enters its next chapter celebrating the creative vision that has shaped the brand over the past 15 years.

The House of Reverie Holiday and Resort collections are available through Rebecca Vallance boutiques and the brand’s online store.
