Bon Jovi Announce Australian Stadium Shows for 2027 ‘Forever Tour’
The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame band will return Down Under for the first time in more than eight years, with concerts in Melbourne and Sydney next March.
Bon Jovi will return to Australia in March 2027 for two major stadium concerts as part of their global Forever Tour, marking the band’s first Australian performances in more than eight years.
The Grammy-winning rock group will play Melbourne’s Marvel Stadium on Thursday, March 4, before heading to Sydney’s Accor Stadium on Thursday, March 11.
The Australian dates follow the band’s return to international touring in 2026, which began with a nine-show residency at New York’s Madison Square Garden in July. The tour subsequently travelled to the UK and Ireland, including three sold-out performances at London’s Wembley Stadium and stadium shows in Edinburgh and Dublin.
The concerts represent a significant comeback for frontman Jon Bon Jovi and his bandmates, whose previous Australian stadium tour in 2018 attracted more than 159,000 fans.
“The Forever Tour has been an incredible celebration of the music and the fans who have been with us all these years,” Jon Bon Jovi said.
“From Madison Square Garden to Scotland, Ireland, and England, the energy and joy we shared with our fans this summer was something truly special. To look out and see thousands of faces singing along with us, night after night, is something we’ll never take for granted.”
The singer said the band was looking forward to extending the tour into 2027.
“We’re grateful for every one of you, and now we’re taking that celebration around the world in 2027, with more cities, more countries, and a whole lot more nights to remember. We can’t wait to see you out there!”
The tour supports the band’s 2024 studio album Forever and its subsequent Forever (Legendary Edition), which features reimagined versions of the album’s songs recorded with an extensive lineup of guest artists.
Contributors include Bruce Springsteen, Robbie Williams, Avril Lavigne, Jelly Roll, Lainey Wilson, Jason Isbell, Def Leppard frontman Joe Elliott and Mexican singer Carín León.
Formed in New Jersey in 1983, Bon Jovi became one of the defining rock acts of the 1980s and 1990s, producing enduring hits including “Livin’ on a Prayer,” “You Give Love a Bad Name,” “Wanted Dead or Alive,” “Bad Medicine” and “Always.”
The band has sold more than 130 million albums worldwide, performed thousands of concerts across more than 50 countries and was inducted into the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame in 2018.
Tickets for the Australian concerts go on sale to the general public on Friday, October 23, at 12pm AEDT in Sydney and 1pm AEDT in Melbourne.
The Bon Jovi fan presale commenced on October 20, followed by a PayPal presale on October 21.
